Script?

This produces a different kind of trance for me compared to other inductions. When I go under using a relaxation induction or 7+/-2 induction my trance is a relaxed hyper-aware hyper-focused state. However, with Oblivion I instead get a very dreamlike semi-dissociative state where I have limited awareness of my body, my mind or my surroundings. This file also has a strange kind of strobing effect on my consciousness which causes everything to seem to slow down while also creating an intense 'missing time' sensation. Take the advise at the start of the file seriously and do not plan on doing anything for an hour after the file finishes. I have had success putting a wake-up file afterwards to pull me back up, but otherwise it takes a good while to come out of the trance. I put it on to help with some insomnia which worked quite well, drifting me into natural sleep afterwards, but when I woke up a few hours later I felt like I was in a light trance for the first part of the day. It's a pretty strong file. Highly enjoyable if you have the time to spare for it.
