    I've seen this as a file idea. Whilst the benefits of an enlarged penis and testicles is easily mentioned, the downside is the potential embarrassment that can come with jizzing yourself in someone awkwars situations, namely when a woman stares at your crotch. I'm happy to see that safety clauses have been included to prevent that happening in situations that can be detrimental to you, such as work. Hope that answers your question PDT.
