In the four different links that are available to you when you buy the file, you will find different versions of the subliminals. Silent subliminal, waterfall subliminal, waterfall subliminal with alpha wave binaural tone, waterfall subliminal with theta wave binaural tone. Listen to whichever one of those you want for at least an hour a day. For the silent subliminals, the recommended listening time is 8 hours each day or night, and no more than 12. It is not recommended to use headphones with those as they may cause hearing loss at high volumes. Listen to an audible file to calibrate the volume and listen to the silent ones at the same or slightly lower volume. You should listen to the binaural ones with headphones. The plain waterfall subliminal and the isochronic one can be listened to either with headphones or with speakers. The alpha brainwaves create a more relaxing experience and open up your unconscious mind to suggestion. You should listen to the theta one before going to bed mainly, as it will probably relax you so much that you will go to sleep while listening.
