It seems to have worked last night. I stayed up late reading a book (just finished it too). I was pretty tired but I lay down with my headphones in and listen to my CD. I think I fell alseep during the second track, before any of the trance stuff even started. However I awoke and my CD player was curled up to the side the same way it used to be when I would finish with the trance CD and put it away. I have no memory of this of course but I feel confident that the suggestions and work my Master put into the CD got through.

Hypnosis pros study things that they can use as "convincers." That is, things that they can use to demonstrate to a subject that s/he has really been in trance. Lost time is a good one, and easy to use. Just have a clock facing your subject and, after an hour session, ask him or her the time. Having a client take off a shoe and put it on a nearby table while in trance and then pointing it out afterwards can be a humorous one. I'm guessing that your neatly-put-away CD player is serving the same purpose. And I'm guessing that if you don't remember going into trance, or coming out of it, that the stuff in the middle is totally gone, too. Amnesia is a wonderful thing, isn't it? -- JAU
