Despite many attempts over the years I couldn't go deep. However recently I'm noticing I can't remember parts of the files as opposed to sitting through them however I still cannot get any involving triggers to work. BUT I had what I think was tangible success with The "muscle file" dont know if it penetrated my resistance through some fluke but it began to work here's hoping that success with one means success with all (or at least a few). I'm going to try out trig woman as SFW turns me off ( I unlike ICPR can probably not undo it if it works). At any rate heres hoping and I will try to report as often as possible.
