tried trainbedwetting not expecting much of it but still wore nappies and waterproof pants to bed "just in case". i woke up SOAKED (luckily waterproofs worked) and for no apparent reason decided to put on a clean nappy. good job i did cuz i can't have been fully awake cuz i've just noticed my clean nappy is now wet too. trainbedwetting is only meant to make me wet the bed not in the day so i'm now wondering if i should wear nappies to work just in case. i think i'll wear a disposable today and keep my cloth nappies for night time.
