I've decided to keep a record of my progress. I've had some small experience with hypnosis so far, but now I'm going to start making a concerted effort to enhance my responsiveness.

Today, I listened to both Deepening and Deepening 2. I noted that neither contained any objectionable suggestions, so I'm going to keep listening to them. I also noticed that I didn't come all the way out of trance at the end of the file. This suggests that listening to multiple files in succession may help response.

I intend to keep listening to at least Deepening every day, and thus condition myself for better response. As of right now, I'm not entirely happy with my trance depth, my response to posthypnotic suggestions is very weak (with the exception of a reinduction trigger that a friend is working into me), and my visualization is extremely limited.

I'll keep making entries here (probably not every day) both to serve as a record to myself and for the benefit of the public.
