I started with this file two days ago. I lisen to it once a day fully. I also lisen to the body during work in the background as sort of a subliminal thing. I am ADD so multi tasking is natural to me. Currently I am wearing diapers at work. Two days ago I would need one or two at work. I only would bring one and generally make it last half a day. Yesterday was about the same. Today I brought more, I brought a total of4 diapers and have gone through 3 of the already with an hour anda half to go.
