I lie in bed trying to put my mind together again. No luck. I have been thinking that maybe I am going all about this the wrong way? I start each time with my eyes closed. Maybe I should start with my eyes open. I beleave this must be why. I am not a very open person so I will try to see if I can get the files to work.
