MEET THE NEW HYPNOTIST!
I hypnotized a guy for the first time. Wow! I want to do that some more!! This guy has been listening to my "MusclePig I" MP3. He's self-motivated about lifting weights and he's just as serious as I am about wanting to compete (amateur). It was an incredibly good feeling to listen to his goals and get him focused on reaching 'em!

What I liked: the trigger phrase he uses for going into trance is deeply-seated and is reliable. That made it easy for him to go into trance quickly. Also, I liked that he sent eMail where he confirmed a successful session.
