I am progressing with MusclePig I, and wanted to attempt to describe the feeling of the workout trigger. I will draw upon my previous work out for this. My first set went good, I was more explosive in the set than I had thought I would be, which is a plus, but after the set was over, I put the weight down, and flexed my muscles, once again I could almost hear the echo "This is your reward time" but nothing was happening, as I began to stop flexing my muscles, I felt it, it started like a trickle of a faucet turned on slowly, a drip, then a trickle, then a little more. Soon, however, it stopped. When the time was right I started my next set, I threw myself into this set, feeling a strong desire to give all I could to this set, the set went very well, and before I could completely flex the feeling was on me, a mild euphoric feeling, lasting after I stopped flexing. It however, left, but the mild euphoric feeling continued to come on easily, after each set, throughout the rest of my workout. I am confident that the mild euphoric feeling will become stronger with time and repeated listening.
