I am developing a plan of action for my use of this file. It is centered around the fact that I already have a tattoo, so I will do as I do a lot in life and use my imagination. I will start by using a subliminial of this file and as I listen I will imagine how the effects have already started because after all I already have the first tattoo. I have also been attempting to build up a subconscious image of what this file will do to me. On the topic of Increased Metabolism however, I have started to experience weight loss. I became ill very recently and the weight loss spiked then but existed before I was sick. I will monitor this closely, but feel quite firmly that the Increased Metabolism file is effecting me, and will continue to do so.
