i've always had an interest in hypnosis and i have actually tried some inductions before but when i listen to them i don't think i'm actually going into induction because it seems like i'm not really letting myself because it seems like i'm like scared to go into trance and actually see what happens...does anyone have any tips on how i might be able to achieve trance? when i'm listening to an induction i start thinking of random things which seem to stop from the file doing what is intended...that is what i mean...anyways again...any advice anyone? it would be appreciated!
