I decided to try listening to MusclePig I, then MusclePig II, in one sitting so to speak. It went very well and I found that the wakener for MusclePig I actually deepened my trance and put me at ease, as a result I find myself feeling pushed, compelled if you will to do all I can for muscle and might, I feel this push hard enough to where it briefly bordered of frightening, but I remind myself that hypnosis will do what I let it do, so, I pose this question to myself, here and now..Why fight it, if it is what I want and am willing to accept? Does anyone, perhaps, care to hear the answer? Other than that, I have settled on an ambitious training program, and am presently searching for the right diet.
