I'm reporting on my first night listening to some of the hypnosis files. After listening to them for one night, the only update I have is that I slept very well last night. I listened to the Sarnoga Diaper Dependence file, and Baby Induction, Diaper Dreams, and Magic Pacifier. The last three are part of the TrainDiaper2 series. I have more to download from that series, and will add them to my listening pleasure this evening. The Sarnoga file states for the listener to wear a diaper while listening to the file. I have a case of abri-form X-plus, so I put one on with a pair of plastic pants. Nothing happened in the evening, in that I awoke dry. I had one of those experiences where I remember hearing the first part of the file, and then I heard the speaker tell me to awaken, so I must of zoned out or slept for the central portion of the file. I vaguely remember the magic pacifier file, and I don't remember anything about the baby induction and diaper dreams files. I must have been asleep for those. I removed the diaper and am now wearing a pair of shorts as I write this. I'm usually naked while in the house (I live alone) but I brought out some garbage and have kept the shorts on. I'll keep you all posted of my progress (if there is any, lol).
