I'm still faithfully listening to the files nightly. it's become second nature for me to put on some baby powder, tape on a disposable diaper, and put on plastic pants before bedtime. The files i listen to nightly are: diaper dependence, train diapers 2, and a few files from the other folder i downloaded: baby induction, diaper dreams, and one about pacifiers. i have a baby pacifier that i suckle on now and then. i have yet to wet the diaper at night. i still have the capability to "hold" my urine, and given the choice, i will remain continent until the following morning. the files are calm and soothing, however, so i have no difficulty in listening to them nightly. i haven't downloaded the happytowet file. i mistakenly spent $50 on a different file folder, so i don't feel like spending the extra money for a premium membership. i hope you all don't mind that. any suggestions for other files to listen to, i'm all ears! anyway, that's my update for June 10. I'll keep you posted!
