I finally decided to take someone up on their offer. I'll start by saying that it is someone that I know and trust implicitly. Now for a little about what is going to be attempted, I have downloaded and will listen to the files E-mail Slave, and Choose Trig. There are several goals in mind most to all of which are fitness related, and we will see how far we can take it all. I am (very) confident in my ability to resist a trigger from somone I do not know or do not wish to be triggered by. At this time it is undecided if it will be posted about.. My partner in this ordeal has already specified he does not wish to be named, so any info given out would have to be strictly from my point of view.
