I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I listened to the assistant file three times in a row yesterday afternoon, and once more before going to bed and I still was unaffected by it! Looks like that one instance of an assistant-related dream was just a random coincidence.

Doesn't help that this is a file that I can't try to act like its working to make it subconciously effective. Probably also doesn't help that my mind wanders around too easily when I try to trance and that often I wind up going out for a few moments when I should be imagining my avatar. I really need to come up with a Plan B. But I wouldn't know where to start.
