I have listened to the full file one time, and previewed the entire subliminal. I can feel what seems to be heightened activity in my testicles, and when the day (yesterday) was almost done, I became very agitated because I had not worked out yet, and subsequently got on to the floor and done some ab work, I still have sore abs. This is a success, but workouts must be structured, and not random. This way progress will be clear and measured. E-mail Slave will be used to fix this. I am feeling definite activity in my testicles though, this is very clear, this file seems to be very dominant in that I have not listened to it much but already am feeling effects from it. Perhaps I should take pictures to better gauge potential growth. One other thing I wanted to log, is that I am feeling a powerful desire to eat better, and am not sure where it came from, it seems to border on obsession at times though, and it is almost as if I feel pleasure while I eat a meal that I know is good for me, even if the taste is not to my liking.
