I have decided to start Sunday night, tomorrow I'll report my insight on what happened with the file. all preparations are complete, I'll try to go to bed somewhat late so im more tired / acceptable to hypnosis. i should listen to this test file for about a month (or 5 weeks) starting October 14th and i should end on about....
