I have tried MzDominica file and I assume everybody will agree, she made great job on this file. The most intriguing part was the breath part. I was following the command of birthing in and out without even noticing. When she said you can't inhale or exhale, it was real I couldn’t breathe. Well if you haven't tried this file, I really recommend listening to it. Warning it will addict you to listen to it more then once. And my recommendation put something down in your pants, so it won't get messy, like it happened to me at the first time.
