Well, I didn't use the metabolism files as I said, but used Cardigan's "Victorian Girl" file, as it seemed to work a little when I had used it previously (it had pushed in my stomach, but that was about it really). But this time I kinda felt a tingly senstaion but several times during the file I had "zoned out" for 30-40 seconds each time...wonder if this is a god thing or not. I have also added someone who does IM hypnosis, this is a first for me and I'll be interested to see if this works...more on that if it happens.
