as my wife in training listenes to the scripts i ahve selected for her i need to find activites that support her "growth". this means making sure i listen to and am aware what is on the files so that i can reinforce the ideas presented.the easy ones i can check and reinforce quite quickly. shaved pussy is a readily obsevable trait which has a yes no assessment - either she is shaved or is not - so i can tell right away even a blind man could quickly tell. so creating scenes that have in them an element of assessment - observable traits ( we can not see into someones mind so it is what we can observe which tells us the information we need. so some of the more subjective scripts like pleasure need to have an observable element to see if progress is being made. so setting something up that allows her to demonstrate those qualities is my task. if she is obviously reluctant to engage in some activity i have found her limit or boundry which means more work more use of a particular file or other techniques are needed. as long as she is a willing learner it is my job to monitor and adjust her training accordingly. it is not my failure or hers when she is not there yet. getting her there is in part her responsiblity as learner/sub and mine as master / dom. as time goes on it becomes clear to me that a well defined goal or expectation makes it easier to direct lead - she knows where she is going and is not trying to please in one direction and i am expecting something entirely different - so being on the same page like in any other pursuit makes for quicker gains.
