I am not giving up , but still not seeing much success. I have tried making a playlist by cutting and pasting the body of a file so it will repeat several times before the awakener part of the file, hoping maybe repetion would help. Still no real signs of effectiveness. One thing that is new is that sometimes I feel as if I am falling or a startled feeling I guess you could say while I am under, maybe this means I am getting closer to seeing some results.
