Okay, I have decided upon my first "lessons" from the hypnolibrary. One use of this Journal will be for me to record the tapes I am using. So, I just started using:

1. "My Mind Is Happy" - that short tape about brainwahsing. It sets the mood.

2. Subliminal TrainTrance. I don't see it here now, but I had downloaded it about 3 months ago. I just wasn't sure if I wanted to go this direction back then. Now, I am. It has the sound of a waterfall, and is easy to listen to for an extended period of time.

2. Train Slave 1. An obvious choice: It's the basics of being a good slave. So, it is something I need to absorb.

3. TrainHumil1. Training Humiliation: An odd choice for beginning? Not really, as it knocks down the barrier of pride which can get in the way of my pursuit. And, interestingly enough, this tape makes me feel sexually aroused when I listen. It's hot! So, I'm enjoying it.

I hope these tapes lead me to the beginning of the path of becomming a good sub.
