I just started talking with a friend on Google Talk, and straight away had to do what Angel's email said. I cudn't remember what it was then, but I felt so helpless, it was embarassed and good. This is your new hypnofile. Read those words, and feel the file getting een stronger as you sink into trance ready to obey. This email will take effect the next time you are chatting online with somebody who knows about your hypnosis and has triggered or played with you before. As soon as you are chatting with a suitable person, you MUST DO this. You will realise as soon as you greet them that you want to ask them a favour. You need to ask them to do something, or maybe to make you do something, but you'lll be too embarrassed to ask. Then you will find that its not just embarrassment, you're actually not allowed to ask. You'll link the request to this email in your mind at that point, but you won't remember what the orders were. Just that you need to ask someone for help. You won't even remember if I told you to ask for help, or if you just can't follow my instructions on your own, or even you don't want to do what I said without some moral support. But you can't come right out and directly ask. But as soon as you've told them that you can't just ask, you will find you have even forgotten the favour you were going to ask. It will be just out of reach, feeling that a little clue would help you remember. But you'll be too embarrassed to tell the person you're talking to that you can't remember, so you'll have to bluff. If it reaches the point where the person guesses and does something for you, you will find that's exactly what you wanted, even if you don't know why. If you reach the end of the conversation without them doing anything for you, you will continue trying to figure it out, and asking them to help you again next time you speak. You will write this up in your journal at the end of the week, or once the person has done something for you. Then you will be able to remember the full contents of this email.
