As you try to focus on it you will realize that you have in fact been kneeling down for them. You will also know that you have done it wrong and that now I am displeased. It saddens you to hear that and you want to make it up to me. Thus, you will want to obey the following command especially eagerly.

From now on, whenever you need to pick something up from the floor you will want to bend over at the waist. You will do it automatically, but subconsciously your body will want to be shown off. Therefore, you will always automatically turn with your back to whoever you believe might want to look at your ass. You will feel like your ass is something people deserve to look at and you will make sure that you bend over in a way that accentuates it nicely. You will not pay conscious attention to that, it will just be something you do naturally.

I want you to find a small item to carry around the next 24 hours wherever you go. Also you will want to wear a top that displays a lot of cleavage. Whenever you catch someone looking at your chest, even for a second, you will be annoyed and think of a way to turn around so they can't look any more. Therefore you will act as if you "accidentally" drop the small item you chose to carry around and let it fall on the floor. You will then need to pick it up, turning with your back to the person who you caught looking.

Also you will want to pick up whatever other people drop on the floor. You can not resist if anyone asks you to pick up anything from the floor. You will just believe that you like being helpful. You will not see the sexual implications of your behavior but you will write about these occurences in your journal.

You will behave this way in every situation where it is not likely to get you into trouble. You will be completely oblivious to how you are behaving. Except for the revealing top you may wear whatever you feel like, but you will automatically choose something that is either tight or short or both.

Or you might find that if you don't have much money, adult nappies from a pharmacy might be cheaper. It is up to you what size pack you buy. As soon as you have bought them, you will subconsciously know that this is for your punishment, and you want it to be a surprise so it will be so much more humiliating. So as soon as you have ordered or bought your nappies, you will forget all about this email, and you will forget that you have bought nappies. You will tell me what you bought, and how many, and then you will forget all about them. Even if you see the nappies you have bought, you will just hide them away without realising. But at the same time, once you have emailed me and forgotten about it, you will find an incredible urge growing within you, that will make you so horney. You will have an incredible need to be punished for going potty in your panties like a little baby, and you will find that you will do whatever you can to make sure I send you the punishment email I have thought of.
