You will not remember having read this email, or anything about what its effects will do to you.

The next time you need to go to the bathroom, you will enter the washroom as you normally would, believing everything is totally 100% normal, but as soon as you try to sit down, your body will freeze, just before you've taken your undies off.

Your whole body will lock up, totally unable to move, and you will at first be terrified for a moment, wondering what happened, why your body has frozen.

After a minute or so has passed, you'll realize you simply need to go to the bathroom, pee or poop, whichever you came to do, while standing there frozen in order to unfreeze yourself.

Once you have completed these suggestions, you will tell me how you felt standing there all frozen.


I just got an email from whoshypnogirl (having really desparately longed for one all night) and I don't really know what it was about but i feel kinda satisfied now and i hope i can get some more sleep now.
