Thank you all for your interest in actually hearing from me! I almost forgot entirely about my own post; though I will get back to each of you individually in regards to your questions and what I may be able to help with. I know most of you are not interested in lycanthropy but that's ok given all one needs to do is apply the same types of exercises and substitute with their own "morph" qualities they are seeking to experience. I'll get into this more very soon, seeing as how I have sparked interest I should at the very least help with what I can.
