( i've done relax tec Hypnosis before from an young age ) DeepTranceBinaural ( under self help ) work so well. recommend to others! how do i download and save ( it is a free file and i wish to take this to work for my lunch brake ) will have to to if anything with voices works as well. i find human voices intruding and snap me out of the deeper trances
