sometime last night i woke up with a strong need to piss. my mind was in such a daze i sat down on the toilet and started to go with my boxers still on! couldn't wear them to bed anymore so slept naked for the rest of the night.

tried to avoid listening to the file today because i know it wont be long until i am bedwetting resulting in having to wear diapers all the time. thinking about not listening to it while on my pc only made it worse.

going to go back to watching tv because writing all of this is making me want to listen to it. already planing on not drinking anything tonight so i will stay dry
