I got caught up in a messed up hypno situation and had to fight to get it out my head. but then i said you know i can do it better then that so i put myself through some inductions and boom!! i got so deep i surprised myself. way to go me.

there were undesired effects to the file and i did not realize that were going to be like that. i like hypnosis and all but i want control of myself at the end of the day.
