Shoot, Rossy...I think I deleted your comment on my last entry meaning to respond. You asked if I've tried TTJ4 and TSW...I don't know what TSW is (train....?). I have done Total Jock 4....it's been a while, but I remember thinking it was okay, not great. Maybe it's time to do a re-listen?
Incidently, today is day 7 for listening to the BB Machine file every day. I'm listening right now as I type (I don't have time this morning to just lie down and trance - multi-tasking this morning), but I've had a lot of good sessions this week, too, where it was my only focus.
Effects so far? Who knows....I'm definitely paying more attention to my nutrition, which has always been a struggle for me. I've been beating off a lot, but that's probably just psychosomatic. I'm not sick of the file, so that's something.
The goal is to listen to Bodybuilding Machine every single day at least once, for as long as possible (let's set a goal of one month and revisit November 30, shall we?). We'll see how that goes. I know it's a "be careful what you wish for" story, but I would love to be a constantly horny bodybuilder. Why wouldn't I?
