Day 9 - morning - goals

So, it occurred to me last night that I'd already met two of my goals that I'd set last week, to listen to the file for a week, and to not drink for a week. It's important to make goals and to make new ones once those have been met.

So, new goals: let's continue the no drinking thing for November, same for listening to the files, and lastly I will go to the gym at least 4 days a week every week for the next 8 weeks. Done.
