So one thing about the two gyms I go to: their scales give me results that are 20 lbs apart. Nice.

Other than yesterday (was -very- busy), I've been listening to the Body Building Machine file every day, and I'll listen again tonight. I hit the gym today, legs, shoulders, triceps. I had a satisfying workout, so that's a good sign. The horniness question goes up and down - I have a few days where I am horny all the time, beating off five times a day, and then I get this past weekend, where I think I've only jerked it twice over 2 days. But if thinking about thinking about sex counts, then maybe that's progress, too, right?

I think the next few weeks will be very influential. If I stay on track with the listening and with the lifting and nutrition, I could take it pretty far. I've been chatting with a couple of guys, and I think that's been helpful, too. I'll keep you all informed.
