I used it with some success years ago, and I'm picking it up again. I'll talk more about that later, I'm sure. It's also the 22nd day of listening to Body Building Machine. This could be an awesome ride, if it pans out for the full year. Right now I'm feeling completely motivated about working out. I need to jack it an hour after I cum, sometimes, and I think if I had the time I'd do it 5 times a day. I feel like I'm becoming totally devoted to muscle growth. But not in an insane way - I'm interested in working hard at my job, because that's how I can afford the food and supplements and gym memberships, for example. This is a long-term goal, and I'm going to do exactly what it takes to make it a functioning reality. Right now, I'd definitely recommend the BBM file, but then, it's only the beginning of my 4th week listening to the file....If I'm a hot, muscled, sex-addict this time next year, I'll say it's a sure thing, but until then...we'll see.
