Considering I started this project in full-on cynic mode, here I am: I've been going to the gym exactly as scheduled for 4 weeks, I've essentially quit drinking, shit, I lost a pants size this month. I'm masturbating every day, been horny for sex a lot more than usual, and having kick-ass workouts that I'm enthusiastic about. I even think my mood at work has improved. I've acted more confident in certain situations than I normally would, and have experienced some great benefits for that. I set goals and achieve them, and I get better at visualizing all the time. Maybe I'm just having a good day, so I promise I'll write about negative effects (if any) later. Maybe a "Special Edition" for my 31-day ('cause October had 31) entry... If so, I'll answer any questions anyone has, just post below before midnight wednesday night. Also, if anyone would like to take a stab at explaining to me how to do paragraphs that work, again, I'd be eternally grateful.
