After finishing listening to the file for the second time, I tried the trigger phrase, but once again I didn't feel forced to the ground in anyway. I went on all fours to see if it might help the effects and I was actually stuck there! I couldn't really move for 2 to 3 minutes. Than I forced myself up but oddly I did struggle with it. at least some progress is better than none!. I will probably listen to the file before i go to bed again. I haven't really felt an addiction to the file but I'm still hopeful for this to work.
