I couldn't really fall into trance today. I have picked to listen to the file at 6:30 and 10:30 but i tried listening this morning and was unable to really feel like i feel into trance. I just tried to listen to it a few minutes ago but i just couldn't focus on the file or fall into trance. Hopefully As i develop a rhythm I will get better at falling in to trance. I'm still going to listen to the file all the way through at 10:30 I just hope I fall into trance

tbh I've tried trancing in the morning and found I couldn't at all (makes sense though as I'm not much of a morning person). I've found evenings to be the best time.
