A continuing stumbling point - hair. In real life, I keep my hair short, rather conservative looking, and I also keep a trimmed beard. It's been a while since I haven't. Visualizing female hair is going to be particularly difficult since I don't even know what it feels like to have long hair (if I were to use images with short hair it would be somewhat easier, but I like long hair on women). It's one of the few additive hallucinations that I have not experienced so far. Two improvements: Penile awareness decreases, although I don't feel like it's entirely missing. In the general area, my waist feels thinner and my buttcheeks feel more padded. Also, I feel the image's clothes to some extent, so that I can get a sense the shape on some parts of my body - texture has not come in yet, and I am still unable to "unvisualize" what I'm wearing beforehand. It would be some time until I have visual hallucinations, but progress is progress.

I have waist length hair. Try taking a length of silk or satin and brushing it against your bare back. That might help with the visualization. There is no extra weight to the hair, but it sure is fun to play with.

here is what I have done in the past to see what I would look like with long hair I go to party city (if you have them were you are at) and buy different wigs they range from 20$ to 35$ its waaay cheaper than real wigs which range in the hundreds. however its not the same as real hair but its something. it mite help you with the visualizing of hair.
