Well it certainly has some effect but I'm only 10 days into my 30 day journey to have these feelings. After listening and trying the trigger I get the urge to shudder and I get very hard.

I will continue to update this and I wouldn't mind some suggestions for files. Of course I have final say hehe and I have two in mind that I want to try if I see success in this one. At least enough success that I can feel or witness the effects.
Good news is; I think I can trance pretty easy now. Not sure what it's supposed to feel like but I certainly feel some kind of effects.
