I have been told to make a journal, with all the hypnofile suggestions i recive in it. chances are i will porably not consiously be aware of this journal and it will help me to forget must do commands better. i got two emails today, the first one took me realy realy deep (still there now) and gave me some safty suggestions saying that if i am told only to obey one person, am given a suggestion that i don't like i will resond with 'i can't do that' this email also contain the suggestion to make me start this journal. had to read it twice to make it sink in deeper and it left me nice and deep. :) the second email was shorter telling me to chat with him so that we can build up trust
