Ok, so I've got the house to myself tonight and tomorrow. So, tomorrow night I'll be writing in as The Jock, as promised.
In preparation, I'll be listening to my files five times a day tomorrow, instead of the regular 3.
The schedule looks to be this:
I'll get up at 7(Thank you, O Most Merciful God, for your gift of Coffee to we poor, undeserving mortals). I'll immediately listen to one round of files.
Then I do a set of ten sit ups, ten push-ups, and go for a five-to-ten minute run.
Come back in, make myself some sort of breakfast.
Then I kick back until 10 or so while listening to the Big Dumb Jock Remix, and then I listen to the files again.
I do 15 pushups, 10 situps, another run, and then I make myself some lunch.
When I finish eating, I get online, check up here and on CYOC for messages, updates, etc, check my e-mail, what have you.
High Noon, as many pushups as I can before I give out, and the as many situps as I can before I give out.
Then, I rest. Maybe put on ESPN, have a meal.
After 30mins of rest and/or however long it takes to eat, listen to files again.
Masturbate. (What? It had to happen some time.)
After that, go for a run, continue until I feel that I can't anymore.
Go in, eat.
Listen to files again.
Do 15 situps, 10 pushups.
By then it should be around 5, so I'll make myself some dinner.
Put on BDJ, watch ESPN till 6.
At 6, I listen to the file list for the last time before writing the journal.
Do 10 pushups, 10 situps.
Finally, I write the journal in Stream of Jock-ciousness.
At 8, the Jock makes an early night of it, because Doctor Who comes on.
Also, will be wearing my jockstrap all day. Those things are surprisingly comfortable.
Well, I gotta shower, listen to the files and get to bed. Later, bros.
