Sup, bros. Ok, as CK pointed out in the comments of the last entry, I've talked next to nil about my actual physical changes, so since I've not much to report for today and tomorrow, I'll rectify that.
The primary reason I haven't given much note to the physical changes, or changes in my fashion, is that they haven't been all that drastic yet. Lemme explain.
As I noted back on Day 18, I don't live in a place where joining a gym is feasible. I'm currently strapped for cash somethin' awful, so I have to hunt around for cheap weights before I can add weightlifting to my workout. Until then, it's pushups, situps and running.
Fortunately, I have finally tracked down some cheap weights (All Hail The Glorious Walmart Empire! All Must Shop, All Must Serve!) and will soon be adding them to my repertoire.
As for pushups and situps: I'm a skinny guy by nature. However, over the past month, what little bit of jiggle I did have in my flesh is tightening. I don't have abs, yet, but you can see where I clearly WILL have abs soon. Same for pecs. My arms aren't much thicker than they were, but they're definitely harder.
As for running: That's the one thing that, barring excessive heat or rain, I can do and do well where I live, since I don't have much space inside to do situps and pushups but I have ACRES to run in. My legs have shown the most improvement. These fucker's are TONED now.
So, assuming I progress at a steady pace, and my weightlifting reaches the same level as my running, I should be quite buff by summer's end.
