Back on track; I am listening more and trying to focus but pain is getting to me... I think I have a pinched nerve and it's just screwing me up badly. However I did listen to the subliminal and worked hard at listening to the file while in trance; I do feel a little excitement and I'm having fun so I expect this should continue to be a rewarding experience.
