So if you read my previous blog then this is mainly what this blog is about aswell, I want to keep a journal of what I am experincing etc since I have to listen to that file every week. Anyway I thought I had wasted $30 bucks,I was like mann what happens if this doesn't work money do not grow on trees! But to my amazement it was a pretty relaxing file, it doesnt have the quality so to speak like the hypnotist on here but it still wasn't that bad. I was just very relaxed, to add that to my advantage I listened to the file when I was about to go to sleep so I really had no choice but ot be relaxed, didn't want to take any chances of me not going under. Not sure if it was trance or not but it felt good and peaceful to close my eyes and listen and concentrate on what he was saying, I was doing that for a while but eventually I was just lost to it as far it felt like instead of listening intently, I was just simply hearing and going with the peaceful flow of it all. Anyway besides that, I did sort of feel my head spliting a tad bit, not alot but it was very uncomfortable but not so uncomfortable to make me get up out of the position I was in and turn off the mp3 player. After a while it eased and went away. I think I may listen to it again tonight, don't know why I just want to. Soon when he stopped speaking and I turned off the mp3 player, I felt as if I did hear a little girl saying "She is going to have alot of fun with me", not sure what is that suppose to mean. I tried to think of a name for her but I could not, it wasn't my CD name Leeiah only 2 names have come to me when thinking about that and it was either Sidney or Letty but after I herd her say she was going to have fun with me I could of sworn she did say she really likes the name sidney. But besides those 2 things, thats the only thing I have herd. To be honest with you all, this is to be frank quite scary personally. I have never been in a situation for anything like this to happen, I mean I know the file says this will happen so I can be prepared but did I honestly think it would of happend not really so sure. I have a strong urge to listen to the file again, I feel as if with every listen whoever I only herd 2 sentences from may get stronger and stronger and the file says every week she grows a week older. At first this felt pretty exciting now it feels sort of scary, its watching a scary movie, you know that feeling you get when you are scared thats how I sort of feel but it also feels pretty thrilling aswell. To late to have any regrets now, might aswell keep up with it to see where it goes but I do know I did sleep really good that night, I usually don't sleep to good at all find it very interesting that on that night I slept really well, maybe I am looking to much into it. Will keep you updated with more updates or if anything else happens with me listening to the file more and more.
