I had one of these for "play" rather than long-term chastity and it was very good. Apparently no device is perfect and there is always some discomfort and some chance of pulling out with a mass-produced device. However on the whole I found this device worked very well and it certainly lasted. The only thing that didn't last was the lock - surprisingly I had to replace it - but a good quality luggage lock is much better anyway. For long term wear I don't know but I've heard that many have used it for this with very few problems. Hope that helps, Z.
