It's been a couple of weeks since listening to anything, but here's my latest updates.



Last night I listed to the bubble induction for the first time. It worked fairly well. It hasn't completely worked yet, but that's after one listen. The triggers have done OK. When I hear them I feel the urge to close my eyes, and fighting it only makes the urge stronger... for a bit. I throw it off fairly easy. But I'm sure more listens will help.



I've just been listening to TrigFreeze1 as I thought a basic physical file will help me see how well hypnosis is working. I've only listened once, and I have a slight clod at the minute so I wasn't under as well as I had liked. I listed to the test file and upon hearing the trigger, I go still for a few seconds, but then throw it off. I'll listen again when I'm feeling better.
