First, I'll mention the immediate, and unexpected benefit from my programs. For a long time now, I shamefully had to run a silent tv for light, but then cover my face with a blanket to sleep. See, I prefer dark and silence to sleep, but I have trouble since I often see shapes in the dark, which leads to a deep sense of dread and terror. Well, sleeping with the "Curse Trig Catgirl" file from EMG is relaxing and focusing enough, I have little trouble. I've had some health troubles since I started, dietary issues and headache, but I don't think it's related. Even still though, I'll stop listening to the files constantly in the background, and only meditate on them when it's quiet, as is suggested by this site anyway, I think. I've tried other files, but the only one I've meditated, or "tranced" on, is the trig catgirl, from EMG. As for the other two I mentioned last time, the LR housecat and LR femaleorgasm, I'm going to save those for a bit. However, I've already had some success with LR housecat. After one listening, I felt something that I could describe as stretching and shifting sensations as she described the transformation. After she finished I did feel dizzy upon standing and fell back to all fours. There were no signs of transformation though. I meowed a bit, I heard it helps if you play along, and it didn't feel natural like you'd hope, it was easy to talk when I really tried, and that broke the delusion fully. But that's pretty much what I would have expected. I said that I wasn't going into this with preconceptions, but I don't think that this can make you unwillingly do anything. That's why I'm starting with the "curse" catgirl file. I don't believe that I'll need to buy some kind of anti-hypnosis file from EMG for it, but I don't oppose anything in the file. progress is slow, so I'm adding other catgirl files to the program, including the "cuddly side" from senna, and I'm going to give the Catgirl Hypnosis file a shot. I have felt something from saying the trigger right after hearing the curse trig file. Just a tingling on my head and "tail" area. I also compulsively stretched and found it easy to walk on my toes, hands would come up close to my chest, like paws. But I can't say it fully worked, didn't feel any more playful, or like I had a tail or ears at all, besides the tingle. Since I'm focusing on a "Catgirl transformation" from here on out, I'll title this series of journals "CG Experiment." Full success will be declared when/if I feel the following; playfulness, ears, tail, generally cute, "cattiness", and at least some femininity. Partial Success; I'll say I should at least feel a little like a cat, and be more perky.
