Hi hi everybody! So I got distracted by life, but now I am back and going to try to keep with the files. Last night I listened to my files again, and woke up feeling nice. I'm noticing very little, but I do have a slight tingling today in my breasts. It comes and goes, and it's very slight, but it's there. Listening to my files again now, and will keep it up.
